2010 was the year of the Kometani Family Reunion. This summer it was held at the Hilton Waikaloa Hotel for three days with some 130 family and friends now reaching 6 generations. Traveling from all areas of the United States, we gathered for some good local food, competitive games and just plain ol’ camaraderie and “catching up.”
The family crest or MON is the logo design used for correspondences, website and ti-shirt. This year we wanted to offer a more permanent memento of the weekend…so a silver charm that could be added to a charm bracelet or worn as a pendant was created. 
The design was cut into a round medallion…simple and precise.

What does miles of training get you? Lots of time to think and create! With Akemi training for her day of competition in the Kona Ironman in October, two new achievement series have been born.
First, I AM Petro, a series of charms and pendants with images depicting the three part Ironman. These images have been inspired by the Hawaiian Petroglyphs which gives these pendants a Hawaiian flavor since Kona, Hawaii is the home of the first modern Ironman
Fly, another achievement series gives athletes the opportunity to mark their triumphs and miles with each charm all adding up to the Ironman triumph.

Just in time for fall we have expanded the Asian line with three limited edition collection. We hand selected colored jadite and agates to create gorgeous and colorful natural back drop to various asian flora.
We’ve captured the elegant blooms and stems of the cherry blossom, iris, chrysanthemum and bamboo in silver. Together the combination of stone and silver is unique and stunning. Each collection is comprised of various pieces to accompany the pendants.
